Dr. Criddle was born and raised in Idaho and received his undergraduate degree from BYU. He attended medical school at the University of Utah and completed his family practice residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. He founded Auburn Family Medical Center in 1978. In addition to having been chairman of the Department of Family Practice, he has served as Chief of Staff of Auburn Regional Medical Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Criddle and his wife have three sons.
Dr. Criddle performs FAA examinations and vasectomy.
