The American Academy of Family Physicians has excellent resources on self-management and on many common procedures and conditions at familydoctor.org. Handouts are available for many common conditions, exercise, and health maintenance.  Databases help you learn about medications, and alternative medications. Flow charts may help you decide whether to call the office.  As always, your own good judgment is key, and we are not able to see what is happening with you. Childrens Hospital in Seattle and Mary Bridge Hospital in Tacoma for excellent pediatric information online.

For information about high cholesterol and high triglycerides, the Northwest Lipid Research Clinic at Harborview has excellent resources.

Auburn Regional Medical Center is our primary admitting hospital.  If a time comes that you are admitted to this hospital, our physicians will provide medical care throughout your stay.

Washington State Diabetes Collaborative:  AFMC was one of 17 clinical sites statewide in the first WSDC. We continue to follow the progress of this landmark effort. More diabetes information is available from the American Diabetes Association.
